RETURNS POLICY

Returning Orders

  • Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt if:
    1. All parts, components, and the original packaging are intact.
    2. The item shows no visible damage from improper handling.
    3. Hygiene products have been thoroughly cleaned before return.
    4. The item was immediately identified as defective upon receipt.
    5. Shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
    6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days if the conditions are met.

Returns may be refused if there is suspicion of use or damage.

Return Process

  1. Send an email to info@fourteenlondon.co.uk including:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo of the product (in case of breakage)
    • First name and surname
    • Address

The correct return address will be provided upon request. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal Period: 14 days from the day you or a designated third party receives the goods.
  • Refunds are not possible once the item has been dispatched.

Cancellation Conditions

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement (e.g., via email) is required.
  • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs, within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
